New Directions: consulting & coaching

It’s spring and big shifts are happening in SWS.

As a business is an extension of yourself, I’ve spent the past year figuring out who I want to be and how I want to serve the world. As a result of this soul-searching, SWS has let go of technical support in order to make space for strategy, coaching and consulting.

But growth doesn’t come without risk and I’m daring greatly on this one!

I’ve always loved the collaborative process of putting together a website plan that takes into account the client’s needs, business goals and larger life goals.

Now, SWS is stepping beyond websites into providing consulting on business systems and coaching on mindset. The beliefs and actions of the owner form the structure for the entire business, for better and for worse. Investing in optimizing core beliefs and practices is usually the answer to the problems that long term business owners find themselves in – over busy, overworked, exhausted & stuck in some area.

I know that this has been true for me. And that by investing in coaching and consulting, I’ve dramatically upleveled my relationship to my business, as well as my health and personal relationships.

SWS will continue to build beautiful websites that help clients achieve their mission. But now we can do so much more 😀

I look forward to sharing more in the months to come about how I can help small business owners transform themselves and their businesses – and in so doing, transform the world (because why not)?
